Shipping Information

 

 

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at info@metroeastsigns.com with your questions.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

We are not responsible for damage to freight by the shipper. If you have your own shipping company please notify us and provide the shipping numbers.

Extra shipping fees may apply to oversized, heavy or bulky packages.

We reserve the right adjust shipping charges at any time, although you will be notified

Returns

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.

 

Conditions

  • Metro East Signs is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any product(s) bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the product(s) only.
  • If products were shipped to you as a result of our error, Metro East Signs will pay for the return freight.
  • If products were ordered in error, then you must pay for return shipping and you will be credited for the return less a restocking fee of 30%. Original shipping charges are non-refundable on returned items.
  • Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same or equivalent product.
  • A Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA#) number must be obtained from Metro East Signs before returning any products or parts. The RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of each returned package. Unmarked packages that do not include an RMA# will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories.
  • You are responsible for any damages to the returned product while in your possession and/or during return shipping.
  • The return is subject to change due to the condition of product once returned to Metro East Signs.
  • If the product is deemed not able to be restocked, the customer will be responsible for providing a shipping account number to have product returned to them, or product will be discarded and no credit will be issued.
  • No Returns / Exchanges Accepted on the Following:
    • Products manufactured to a specific size or non-standard size.
    • Products manufactured to a specific color.
    • Custom printed products.
    • Products purchased for an event, used, and then returned afterwards.

Artwork Guidelines

Acceptable Files:

Adobe Illustrator CS6 .ai /.eps/.pdf **Preferred format – Vector files** / Adobe Photoshop .psd

Image (Raster) Files:

Photoshop .psd/ jpgs / pngs / gifs / tiffs

All raster artwork must be at a minimum 200 DPI at 100% Scale. (300 DPI Recommended).

We do not accept files larger then 25mb.  Please contact us if it is larger.

Embed or Link all raster images. *Supply all linked files* original files encouraged.

Unacceptable Artwork Files:

InDesign, Corel Draw & Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Artwork saved in wrong

format, size, or scale is subject to additional fees.

Fonts:

Convert all text to outlines (paths) or e-mail fonts used.

Color Information:

Include all PMS/ Pantone Plus numbers or CMYK %. Files submitted in RGB will be printed at CMYK

color mode. If specific colors are not requested, RSgraphics will choose closest match. ***Using Pantone

/ PMS colors are recommended but an exact match cannot be guaranteed. Colors on PDF and

on computer screen may differ from actual printed color. To ensure accurate color matching

please provide sample color.***

Production begins once TMR receives payment AND completed signed template(s) / rendering(s).

Upload:

Reference Quote/Order Number in the subject line when or e-mailing or uploading artwork.

Lead Time:

Lead time begins once payment AND artwork template(s) / rendering(s) has been received.

Delay in rendering/ templates approval will delay your order. Lead time varies depending on the

product type. Shipping / transit time is NOT included in lead time.
